  4. The following terms and conditions apply to all sales of products and services by Daksh Bazar (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the client (“you”, “the client”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Any deviation from these terms must be expressly agreed in writing in advance.
  5. 1. Client Terms
  6. The client explicitly waives any of their own standard terms and conditions, even if they were issued after these terms. Any exceptions or deviations must be agreed in writing prior to the order.
  7. 2. Payment Terms

  8. Invoices are payable within 21 working days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise indicated on the invoice or order.

    • Late payments may incur a fixed interest charge of 10% of the outstanding amount.

    • Daksh Bazar reserves the right to suspend the delivery of goods or services without prior notice in case of late payment.

    9. 3. Debt Recovery

    If payment remains outstanding more than 60 days after the due date, Daksh Bazar may engage a debt recovery agency. All legal and collection costs will be the responsibility of the client.

    4. Tax Withholding

    Certain countries may apply withholding taxes on invoices according to their laws. Any such taxes must be paid by the client to the relevant tax authorities. The invoice amount remains payable to Daksh Bazar in full, exclusive of any local withholding costs.

    5. Delivery and Performance

    Daksh Bazar will make every effort to deliver products and services on time and in good condition.

    • All delivery timelines are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

    • Daksh Bazar is not liable for any claims made by end consumers against the client.

    10. 6. Claims

    To be considered valid, any claim regarding goods or services must be submitted in writing by recorded delivery to our registered office within 8 days of delivery or service provision.

    7. Governing Law

    All sales and contractual relations with Daksh Bazar are governed exclusively by applicable law of India.
